14-15 August 2009 within the festival "Otrokov 2009" took place on 2 nd International Festival of the laser show. Festival was held in with. Otrokov Novoushitski district Khmelnitsky region, famous for being the main residence of the Earl StsiborMarhotskogo, founder Minkovetskoy Powers (18-19 cent.). The initiator and organizer of the only in Ukraine festival laser show stands firm TeсhArt. 

This year the festival laser shows attended: laser show system (Russia, Moscow); original light (Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk), Eastlight (Germany); Kvant (Slovakia), Bratislava; Lasermaster (Russia, St. Petersburg); Dream Laser (Russia, Nizhny Novgorod).
